Our home country

Breisgau Backmittel takes care of the home country. Since the very beginning of the founding of the company, our headquarters have been located in Freiburg in Schwarzwald, because of Schwarzwald's pure nature, highest water quality and flood of sunshine.
Here, many ingredients that Breisgau Backmittel needs for production of bakery improvers grow and flourish. It´s also the unique people of Schwarzwald region and Freiburg, who together with careful hand labour turn our quality products into premium and popular pastries.
