We obtain this exquisite raw material exclusively from IRCA s.r.l. A wide product range that meets the highest standards of any confectioner! Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Nigeria are the origin countries of these strong cocoa blends for plain chocolate production. From Madagascar, Java and Ivory Coast we have selected ingredients for the smooth and tender milk chocolate. For white chocolate we use supreme premium cocoa butter from Equador only, because of its spicy and exotic flavour.

Our plain and milk chocolate icing pastes contain a high percentage of cocoa, and can, therefore, be individually adapted to operational needs, depending on the viscosity.
